Non-profit Site Homepage
Homepage design mockups I laid out for an inspiration site, a non-profit organization, and a USC events page. For the inspiration site, the premise was to have users upload images of what inspires them. Once the images uplodaded on the homepage, users would hover over them and information would appear about that image. For the non-profit site, I simplified the homepage and put the newsletter sign up in the front along with a link that would lead to everything else the organization has to offer. Lastly, for the USC events site, I wanted a simple, minimal look so that users could select a category from the boxes (i.e. theatre, arts, music, concerts) or type in the name of an event in the text box below and have the specific event appear on the next page. My main goal for the website designs was to have a simple, yet intuitive homepage for the user.
